Based in Germany, Max brings a rare combination of strategic depth and operational execution to Kharis' consumer and foodservice platforms, partnering with management teams to turn ambition into measurable, bottom-line impact. He focuses primarily on the DACH market.

Before joining Kharis Capital in 2026, Max spent four years at Bain & Company, advising leading German and international corporations across a range of consumer industries. He led strategy, post-merger integrations, operating-model redesigns and digital transformations, with strategy at the core of every engagement.

Max holds an M. SC. in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon.
