As Platform Partner Victoire is tasked with working on the Kharis Capital’s future platforms, development strategies and anchoring deals with a focus on advancing health, wellness, and longevity.
Prior to joining Kharis Capital in 2025, Victoire has been investing and advising management teams over the past 20 years, across food & beverage, e-commerce, and sustainability.
After McKinsey, she joined Verlinvest, where she invested in innovative consumer brands. At Ecotone, Europe’s leading organic food group and certified B Corp, she led strategic acquisitions and integrations. She later spearheaded fundraising for a Series A venture focused on eliminating plastic bottle waste, serving as CFO. More recently, at Lombard Odier, she built and co-led an Article 9 growth equity fund dedicated to combating plastic pollution.
Victoire holds an MBA from Kellogg, a Master in Business Engineering from the Solvay Business School (ULB) and a Master in Political Sciences from ULB and McGill.
